Privacy and Cookie Policy
Effective June 6, 2026. This starter policy describes the privacy and cookie acknowledgement users accept during account creation.
Information used to run accounts
Sports Command Center stores account information such as username, display name, optional email address, password hash, role/status, project slug, account limits, profile avatar URL, and account activity/security events. Subscriber selections, customization choices, uploaded avatars, and cached public sports data may also be stored.
Cookies and tracking
The service uses essential session cookies to keep users logged in, protect forms with CSRF tokens, remember account state, and distinguish authenticated pages from public pages. Server logs, account events, and limited operational analytics may be used to troubleshoot, secure, improve, and measure the service.
Third-party/public sports data
Tracker pages may request or cache public sports data from external providers or link to third-party sites such as official league, team, broadcast, or ticket pages. Those third parties may have their own privacy and cookie practices.
Uploaded assets
Avatar uploads are intended to be static images. The service validates supported image types and stores them under the public avatar path so they can be displayed in the account interface.
Data protection
Production deployments should use HTTPS, private database credentials, private backups, protected document roots, and access controls for account data. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Choices
Users who do not agree to the required cookies and account tracking should not create an account. Account data can be updated from the profile page where supported.
